SA09 Dust Free Air Palm Orbital Disc Sander 150mm

The Sealey SA09 is a dust-free air palm orbital disc sander designed for professional finishing and preparation work across automotive, woodworking and general fabrication applications. This 150mm orbital sander combines efficient material removal with effective dust extraction, making it ideal for workshops where air quality and surface finish quality are priorities. Built with a polycarbonate outer housing and soft rubber handgrip, the SA09 reduces operator fatigue by minimising chill and vibration during extended use. The dual bearing eccentric assembly maximises working life and maintains consistent performance, whilst the integrated exhaust muffler helps reduce noise emission to more manageable levels in workshop environments. The dust-free outlet connects to centralised extraction systems via a 28mm vacuum outlet, helping maintain a cleaner working environment and improved visibility of the work surface. Operating at 10,000rpm with a 5mm orbit, this palm sander delivers a fine finish suitable for preparation work before painting or coating. The tool is supplied complete with a 150mm hook-and-loop pad for quick and easy abrasive disc changes.
