LS450H Horizontal Manual Log Splitter

The Sealey LS450H is a horizontal manual log splitter designed for efficient wood splitting without the need for fuel or electricity. This foot-operated splitter generates up to 1.2 tonnes of splitting force with each step on the pedal, making it ideal for preparing firewood at home, on smallholdings, or in rural properties where noise and emissions must be kept to a minimum. Built with heavy-duty construction yet weighing just 9.5kg, this portable log splitter combines robust performance with excellent manoeuvrability. The adjustable foot pedal accommodates different user heights and preferences, whilst the foldable design allows for compact storage when not in use. This manual operation eliminates running costs and maintenance associated with petrol or electric alternatives. The LS450H handles logs up to 450mm in length and 250mm in diameter, making it suitable for processing a wide range of wood types for domestic heating and outdoor fire pits. Its quiet, fume-free operation makes it particularly well-suited to residential areas and enclosed spaces where powered log splitters may not be practical.
