Fixed Base Heavy Duty Professional Vice 200mm

The Sealey CV200XT professional vice delivers an impressive 200mm jaw opening, representing the largest capacity in this premium range. This substantial size makes it the go-to choice for heavy industrial workshops, structural steel fabrication, agricultural engineering, and any professional environment where maximum jaw capacity and exceptional clamping strength are paramount. With its 200mm jaw width, the CV200XT handles the most demanding workpieces including large diameter pipe sections, structural steel components, heavy castings, and substantial fabrication assemblies that would exceed the capacity of smaller vices. The super quality cast iron construction provides the immense rigidity and strength required to maintain accuracy and stability even under the highest clamping pressures. The replaceable serrated steel jaws deliver powerful grip across the full 200mm opening, ensuring secure retention of heavy workpieces during machining, welding, or assembly operations. The precision smooth rolled thread allows controlled clamping adjustments despite the vice's substantial size, whilst the integrated anvil provides additional functionality for heavy striking and forming work.
