ES480D Folding Worm Drive Engine Stand

The Sealey ES480D is a heavy-duty folding engine stand designed for workshop maintenance and rebuilding of engines and transmissions. With a robust 450kg capacity and worm drive geared handle, this professional-grade stand provides secure positioning and precise control during engine work. The stand's worm drive mechanism enables smooth 360° rotation of mounted engines, allowing mechanics and technicians to access all components without repositioning. Four fully adjustable mounting arms with multiple bolt holes accommodate various engine sizes and configurations up to 700mm in length, whilst a screw lock ensures the load remains securely positioned during rotation. Built for workshop efficiency, the ES480D features swivel castors for easy manoeuvrability even when loaded. The stand's practical folding design uses clevis pins and clips for quick assembly and disassembly, reducing storage space from 990mm wide when operational to just 405mm high when folded. This space-saving feature makes it ideal for workshops where floor space is at a premium.
