Coolant System PDM Series Pillar Drills

The Sealey Coolant System for PDM Series Pillar Drills is a gravity-fed cooling accessory designed to enhance drilling efficiency and precision on compatible Sealey pillar drills. This compact system directs a controlled flow of coolant over the workpiece during drilling operations, helping to reduce heat build-up and extend cutting tool life. The system features a reservoir with a gravity feed nozzle that delivers coolant precisely where needed, whilst spent coolant is efficiently collected in the table reservoir for easy disposal or recirculation. This closed-loop design keeps the working area cleaner and helps maintain consistent cooling throughout extended drilling sessions. Specifically engineered for compatibility with the PDM210F, PDM240F, and PDM260F pillar drill models, this coolant system is ideal for workshops undertaking repetitive drilling tasks in metal, where heat management is critical to maintaining dimensional accuracy and tool performance. The lightweight construction at just 0.41kg ensures minimal impact on drill balance and operation. Features and Benefits: • Gravity feed nozzle for controlled coolant delivery • Integrated table reservoir collects spent coolant efficiently • Lightweight design at 0.41kg adds minimal weight to your drill Specifications: Application(s): PDM210F, PDM240F, PDM260F Brand: Sealey Nett Weight: 0.41kg
