AK45 Quick Connect Grease Coupler

The Sealey AK45 Quick Connect Grease Coupler is a professional-grade grease gun accessory engineered for reliable, hands-free lubrication in demanding workshop environments. Manufactured from heat-treated steel, this coupler is designed to withstand high pressures without deformation, ensuring consistent performance under the most challenging conditions. The coupler features a 1/8"BSPT female thread connection, making it compatible with a wide range of grease delivery equipment including manual, air-operated and electric grease guns, as well as bulk bucket greasers. This versatility makes it an ideal upgrade for mechanics, agricultural engineers and plant maintenance professionals working with diverse lubrication systems. Unlike standard grease couplers, the AK45's ingenious latch mechanism firmly grips the grease fitting to enable true hands-free operation, significantly reducing grease spillage and mess around fittings. The integrated quick connect/disconnect lever allows the coupler to be safely removed even under pressures up to 8000psi, eliminating the common problem of broken fittings and damaged coupler jaws that occur when attempting to disconnect standard couplers under pressure.
