AK42 Underbody Coating Air Gun

The Sealey AK42 is an underbody coating air gun designed for applying protective coatings to vehicle undersides and other hard-to-reach areas. This pneumatic spray gun accepts most popular 1L coating tins, making it a versatile choice for automotive workshops and body repair professionals. Fitted with an integrated regulator, the AK42 ensures even deposit of coating material throughout the application process. This control helps achieve consistent coverage and reduces material waste, making it ideal for rust prevention treatments, stone chip protection, and cavity wax applications on cars, vans, and light commercial vehicles. Operating at 90psi with an air consumption of 5cfm, this underbody gun connects via a standard 1/4"BSP inlet fitting. The lightweight design at just 0.69kg reduces operator fatigue during extended coating sessions, whilst the regulator allows precise adjustment of material flow to suit different coating viscosities and application requirements.
