99 Piece HSS Cobalt Fully Ground Drill Bit Set

The Sealey 99 Piece HSS Cobalt Fully Ground Drill Bit Set is a comprehensive drilling solution engineered for demanding metalwork applications including high carbon steel and stainless steel. This professional-grade drill bit set features HSS cobalt construction with 5% cobalt content, significantly extending the operational life of each bit compared to standard HSS tooling. The fully ground design ensures precision and consistency across all diameters, whilst the 135° split point geometry delivers self-centring capability for accurate hole placement and easier penetration without walking or wandering on start-up. The set provides exceptional versatility with 99 pieces spanning commonly used diameters from 1.5mm to 10mm, with multiple bits supplied in frequently used sizes to ensure replacements are always available. This makes it particularly suited to fabrication workshops, maintenance engineers, and general metalworking contractors who require reliable performance when drilling ferrous metals and stainless steel materials. All bits are organised and protected in a durable metal storage case, keeping your toolkit organised and extending bit life through proper storage between jobs.
