3 Section Loft Ladder 3m

The Sealey 3 Section Loft Ladder is a compact aluminium access solution designed for loft spaces with limited opening dimensions. Manufactured to EN 14975:2010 safety standards, this ladder offers a space-saving alternative to conventional 2-section designs, making it ideal for properties with smaller loft hatches or restricted ceiling space. The 3-section folding mechanism allows the ladder to fit loft openings as compact as 432 x 508mm, whilst still providing safe access to ceiling heights up to 3 metres. This makes it particularly suitable for older properties, flats, or conversions where loft access dimensions are restricted. Despite its compact footprint, the ladder maintains a robust 150kg maximum capacity, accommodating tradespeople with tools and equipment. Supplied complete with a handrail for added safety and all necessary fixing components, the LFT03 enables straightforward installation without requiring additional hardware. The lightweight aluminium construction at just 6.65kg ensures easy handling during fitting, whilst providing the strength and stability expected from professional access equipment. The 1050mm loft clearance requirement ensures compatibility with most standard UK residential properties.
