3 Piece Panel Bag Set

The Sealey 3 Piece Panel Bag Set is a professional air cushion positioning system designed for precise automotive bodywork and panel alignment. These multipurpose inflatable devices feature rigid edges and a fine air control valve, making them essential tools for vehicle body shops and mobile mechanics working on panel fitment and vehicle access operations. Each bag in this three-piece set has a 2mm thickness with semi-rigid construction, allowing them to be easily slid between window frames and weather-stripping. This capability makes them particularly useful for emergency vehicle opening procedures, creating controlled gaps without damaging paintwork, glass or trim. The soft air cushion design protects delicate surfaces including beadings, frames and painted finishes during positioning work. With an impressive 135kg load capacity and the ability to expand from 2mm to 80mm thickness, these panel bags provide versatile lifting and positioning capability for bonnets, boots and body panels prior to final fitment. Beyond automotive applications, they're equally effective for positioning kitchen units, windows and doors, making them valuable for joiners and fitters working across multiple trades.
