3 Piece HSS Step Drill Bit Set

The Sealey 3 Piece HSS Step Drill Bit Set is a versatile drilling solution designed for efficient hole cutting across a wide range of diameters. This comprehensive set features three high-speed steel (HSS 4341) step drills with double flute design, enabling tradespeople to drill 18 different hole sizes using just three bits. Each step drill is manufactured from durable HSS 4341 steel and features double straight flutes that provide excellent swarf clearance during operation. This design prevents clogging and ensures clean, precise holes in sheet metal, plastic, and other thin materials. The set is ideal for electricians drilling entry points in electrical enclosures, HVAC installers working with ductwork, and general contractors requiring multiple hole sizes on site. The three bits cover an extensive size range, with the smallest starting at 4mm and the largest extending to 30mm diameter. This eliminates the need to carry multiple individual drill bits, saving space in your toolbox whilst maintaining versatility. The set arrives in a practical flip-up metal case that protects the bits during transport and storage.
