19 Piece HSS Co Drill Bit Set

The Sealey 19 Piece HSS-Co Drill Bit Set is a professional-grade drilling solution designed for tradespeople working with demanding materials. Manufactured from fully ground high-speed steel with 5% cobalt content, this comprehensive drill bit set delivers enhanced performance when drilling extra hard materials that would quickly dull standard HSS bits. The cobalt-enriched construction provides superior heat resistance and extended cutting edge longevity, making these bits ideal for drilling stainless steel, cast iron, and other challenging materials. Each drill bit features a 135° split point tip that enables the bit to bite into the workpiece quickly and accurately, significantly reducing the need for centre punching or pre-marking. This design feature improves drilling precision whilst saving valuable time on site. A key advantage of this set is that the drill bits can be resharpened without affecting their performance, offering excellent long-term value for professional users. The set includes 19 metric drill bits ranging from 1mm to 10mm in 0.5mm increments, providing comprehensive coverage for most common drilling applications. All bits are supplied in a durable metal storage case that keeps the set organised and protected between jobs.
