Hardwood Garden Furniture Restorer

The Ronseal Hardwood Garden Furniture Restorer is a water-based treatment designed to restore weathered grey hardwood garden furniture back to its natural colour. This low odour gel formula provides essential preparation before applying stains or oils, helping you achieve a professional-quality finish whilst remaining safe to use around plants and pets. The gel formulation allows for controlled application and effective penetration into weathered wood fibres. Simply apply generously with a stiff bristle brush after removing loose dirt, then leave to work for 15 minutes before scrubbing again. The product must not be allowed to dry out during this working time to ensure proper restoration. After a thorough hosing down, most furniture will look restored with a single coat, though severely weathered wood may require a second application. For optimal results, allow the restored furniture to dry for one to two days before protecting with an appropriate hardwood stain or oil. The water-based formula enables easy cleanup with warm soapy water, and responsible disposal should follow local authority guidelines for unused product.
