Abstract Truck Bokeh original painting

Used colours: dark blue, blue, ultramarine blue, orange, magenta, and teal Materials: paper illustration board, professional grade acrylic paints, high-quality varnish Size: 42 x 27 x 0.3 cm The original painting still needs to be framed. Style: abstract Bokeh comes from Japanese and means blur or haze. While it's usually seen in photography, I like using it in my abstract paintings. I've always liked bokeh. I love how it gives photos a dreamy, hazy look, and I've often wondered if I could bring that feeling into my own art. So, I decided to try it. I grabbed my illustration board and acrylics, and blended dark blue, blue, ultramarine, orange, magenta, and teal until I achieved the perfect shades, then began painting. The process was slow because I wanted each brushstroke to be right, and because I didn’t paint the background in one sitting. I added it as I worked, starting in the upper left and moving to the lower right, placing colours where I wanted them. As I continued, the bokeh effect emerged. The soft edges and hazy colours made the painting feel as I imagined it. After days of work, I finally stepped back to see what I’d made. I called it "Abstract Truck in Bokeh." The colours blended smoothly, and the bokeh effect gave the painting a unique glow. I’m happy with the result. To ensure the painting lasts, I added three coats of high-quality varnish. This protects the piece and gives it a shiny finish that makes the colours stand out. "Abstract Truck in Bokeh" is one of my favourites.
