Brechin 1981 Old Signatory 30th Anniversary Highland Whisky

70cl / 57.2% - Astonishing single malt from a long-gone Highland distillery, this bottle of North Brechin 36 Years Old – bottled as part of Signatory Vintage's 30th anniversary series – has spent its life in a refill sherry butt, collecting subtle oak influence without losing its soul to the wood. A sublime dram.
