1732D Tapered Pressure Test Nipples 1 8" BSP

The Monument 1732D Tapered Pressure Test Nipples are essential components for gas pressure testing, designed to screw directly into gas meters to enable secure connection to a gas test gauge. Manufactured for professional gas fitters and heating engineers, these test nipples feature a 1/8 inch BSP thread for standard compatibility with UK gas metering systems. The integrated hexagon screw provides precise control, allowing the user to shut off the gas supply to the gauge once testing is complete. This tapered design ensures a reliable seal during pressure testing procedures, making these nipples ideal for routine gas safety checks and meter commissioning work. Suitable for use by Gas Safe registered engineers conducting pressure tests on domestic and commercial gas installations, these test nipples offer a professional solution for accurate gauge connection and flow control during testing protocols. Features and Benefits: • Hexagon screw shut-off for convenient gauge isolation • 1/8 inch BSP thread for standard compatibility with gas meters • Tapered design ensures secure, leak-free connection during testing Specifications: Tool Type: Test Nipple
