2007 Old Single Malts Scotland Speyside Whisky

70cl / 59.6% / Elixir Distillers - A independent bottling from the good people at Elixir Distillers, the Single Malts of Scotland line is focused on finding exceptional casks and presenting them uninterfered with, for limited runs of great single malts. Miltonduff doesn’t get all that many chances to show its elegant, honeysuckle notes as a single malt, so this 17-year-old is a fine chance to appreciate them in harmony with the richer tones maturation in a refill sherry butt provide.
