Mezcal Cask Exclusive to Whisky Exchange Single Whisky

70cl / 60% - An outstanding addition to the experimental Method and Madness range, this single pot still whiskey from Midleton distillery was finished in casks seasoned with mezcal. The influence of this traditional Mexican spirit shows itself with a light smokiness and a hint of spice that perfectly compliments this fruity Irish whiskey. In the glass it shows notes of blood orange, pineapple and warm earth with a herbal edge and hints of liquorice.
