Genuine 8 Carbon Brush CB113

The Makita Genuine 191904-8 Carbon Brush CB113 is an OEM replacement carbon brush designed to restore and maintain the performance of compatible Makita power tools. Carbon brushes are a critical wear component in brushed electric motors, conducting electrical current to the rotating armature. Over time, these components naturally wear down through regular use, and replacing them with a genuine Makita part ensures the motor continues to operate as intended, avoiding unnecessary downtime on site. Using a genuine OEM brush rather than an aftermarket alternative helps maintain the correct contact pressure, dimensions, and conductivity characteristics specified by Makita for this motor type. This matters particularly for tradespeople and contractors who rely on their tools for daily professional use, where performance consistency and tool longevity are essential. This brush is suitable for use when a tool shows signs of reduced power, increased sparking, or intermittent operation — common indicators that the carbon brushes require inspection or replacement. Features and Benefits: • Genuine Makita OEM part — ensures correct fit and compatibility • Maintains original motor performance and efficiency • Ideal replacement for worn brushes in compatible Makita brushed-motor tools • Helps extend the working life of the tool and avoid costly repairs
