Old Double Cask 2021 Release Speyside Whisky

70cl / 43% / Distillery Bottling - The oldest Macallan Double Cask ever released, this superbly elegant Speyside malt spent 30 years in American and Spanish oak sherry casks prior to bottling. Even at this age, there’s still fresh fruit to be found in this old Speysider with vivid russet apple, plum and fig on the nose. The palate shows cinnamon, raisins, and rich vanilla that give way to a long finish of toffee and sweet oak spice.
