1990 Old Cask #6965 Connoisseurs Choice Speyside Whisky

70cl / 49.1% / Gordon & MacPhail - This lavishly sherried Linkwood spent the full length of its maturation in a single first fill sherry butt. After more than three decades in oak this is far from the delicate character of Linkwood’s fresh spirit, laden with inviting notes of dried figs and cherries, dark chocolate, polished oak and prunes soaked in Armagnac.
