1994 Old Whisky Sponge 97 Island Whisky

70cl / 46% / Decadent Drinks - Matured in a refill hogshead for 30 years and bottled at cask strength by Decadent Drinks, this single malt is a celebration of Jura’s unpeated, maritime style. Expect a spirit-driven character with notes reminiscent of a dry Chenin Blanc, peach blossom, waxy citrus peels, chamomile tea and toffee.
