Rotating Push Up Handles

Push ups are one of the most simple yet effective exercises to train the upper body. The HXGN rotating push up handles improve the standard push up by reducing strain on the wrists, allowing for a greater range of motion and encouraging the body to move in a more natural way through a smooth rotation whilst also promoting safety and correct form. Great for training the chest, arms, shoulders, back, and abs, the HXGN rotating push up bars enable a deeper stretch to help increase muscle activation for improved results. The rotating motion helps improve form and shift tension to the muscles you want to target, rather than to those you dont. Each push up stand has a 20cm diameter non-slip base with rubber stabilisers. The 12cm long and 3cm wide handles are suitable for use on all floor surfaces and for users of all fitness levels.
