Whitlaw 2013 Old Signatory Whisky Exchange Island Whisky

70cl / 58% / Signatory - This is a complex and surprisingly dry Orcadian malt, finished in a first-fill pedro ximenez cask and bottled for The Whisky Exchange. Expect aromas of dates, maraschino cherries, buttercream and dried figs, on the nose.
