1995 Old Amontillado Cask 212 Signatory Symingtons Choice Speyside Whisky

70cl / 48.3% / Signatory - An incredibly unique bottling of long-aged Glenburgie whisky. Coming to us from Signatory Vintage, this whisky was aged in Amontillado sherry casks. While Amontillado casks are a rare sight to mature single malt whisky, it is even rarer to see whisky of this age and maturity in Amontillado, making this a true unicorn of the whisky world. Expect a complex and refined dram, full of honeyed malty flavours, complemented by orchard fruits and a soft oak spice.
