2011 Old PX Puncheon 8287 Speyside Whisky

70cl / 53.8% / Distillery Bottling - A single cask release from Glenallachie, once again highlighting the distillery’s affinity for sherry casks. This expression was drawn entirely from Pedro Ximénez puncheon #8287 after 14 years maturation and carries with it all the lush, deep notes of heather honey, toasted almonds, fig jam, candied ginger, muscovado sugar and baking spice you could hope for.
