Forgefast Torx Wood Screw 6mm 150mm Pack 100

This 6mm x 150mm Forgefast Torx Wood Screw in a pack of 100 combines maximum diameter with substantial length for heavy-duty structural applications. The 150mm length is particularly well-suited for fixing timber through thick insulation to masonry, joining very substantial timber sections in frame construction, and creating robust structural connections whilst the 6mm diameter ensures exceptional holding power and superior resistance to shear and tensile forces. Featuring a Torx® compatible drive system, these screws deliver exceptional grip and torque transfer, significantly reducing installation time and driver wear in demanding structural applications. The patented drill and drive thread creates a clean path through the timber whilst minimising splitting, and eliminates jacking and spinning of joined components. The reinforced countersunk neck with recessed ribs provides superior holding power and improved countersinking with minimal surface dust generation. The superior Elementech 400 coating delivers anti-corrosive protection that outlasts standard zinc coatings by up to six times. This environmentally friendly coating contains no Cr6+ and has undergone rigorous Salt Spray testing to 400 hours, ensuring reliable long-term performance in structural interior applications. Every box of 100 includes a Torx® compatible bit.
