Forgefast Torx Wood Screw 4.5mm 60mm Pack 100

This 4.5mm x 60mm Forgefast Torx Wood Screw in a pack of 100 is designed for applications requiring extended penetration depth with robust holding power. The 60mm length makes it particularly effective for fixing timber to masonry, joining very thick timber sections, and securing substantial structural components whilst the 4.5mm diameter ensures exceptional grip throughout the full length of the fastener. The Torx® compatible drive system ensures reliable torque transfer and virtually eliminates cam-out, making installation more efficient in deep penetration applications. Its patented drill and drive thread design reduces splitting whilst preventing jacking and spinning of joined surfaces. The reinforced countersunk neck delivers superior holding power, whilst recessed ribs provide improved countersinking with reduced surface dust for a professional finish. Protected by the advanced Elementech 400 coating, these screws offer an anti-corrosive finish that lasts up to six times longer than traditional zinc coatings. This environmentally responsible coating contains no Cr6+ and has undergone Salt Spray testing to 400 hours, making it ideal for interior environments. Each box of 100 is conveniently supplied with a Torx® compatible bit for immediate use.
