Abrasive Flap Disc 27525

This 115mm Flexovit Flap Disc features a 40g grit grade, making it ideal for aggressive material removal and initial surface preparation on smaller angle grinders. The coarser grit efficiently tackles heavy stock removal, rust elimination and weld grinding on contoured metal surfaces. The 115mm diameter is perfectly suited for use with compact 4.5-inch angle grinders, providing excellent manoeuvrability in confined spaces whilst maintaining robust cutting performance. The intelligently angled flaps ensure maximum abrasive contact with the workpiece, delivering superior productivity compared to conventional fibre discs.
