Eat Well Magnetic Food Chart coded Food Images

Improve healthy eating for kids with this reusable Eat Well Chart. Fun and easy to use: kids love to place magnetic pieces on the healthy eating plate to record the foods that they have been eating and make healthier choices to reach their goal and rewards! Can be used as a reward chart that will help parents succeed with the increasingly difficult challenge of getting kids to eat more healthily. Kids are motivated to reach their daily challenge, and then repeat that feat every day. By aiming to eat mostly good foods - unhealthy snacks are not completely banned! - means that children benefit from a more balanced diet. The chart also sets daily targets of drinking the recommended 6 to 8 cups of water. Best of all, whilst following the Eat Well Chart, children learn important food facts on the way. Our research shows that after using the chart, children have better understanding of the levels of salt, saturated fats and sugars in the their diet and gives them strategies and motivation to reduce them. | Fiesta Crafts Eat Well Magnetic Food Chart - Colour-coded Food Images
