Wooden Carvers Mallet FAICM90HD

The Faithfull Wooden Carvers Mallet is a traditional woodworking tool designed for hand carving applications. Manufactured from close grain beech, this round head mallet delivers reliable performance for carvers and woodworkers who require precision control. The single piece head construction is permanently wedged and glued to the handle, ensuring a secure connection that withstands repeated use. The circular cross section handle provides a comfortable grip during extended carving sessions, whilst the 500g head weight offers an ideal balance of control and striking force for detailed work. This carver's mallet is particularly suitable for chiselling, gouging and general hand carving tasks where a softer striking surface is required to protect tool handles. The beech construction makes it ideal for use with wooden-handled chisels and carving tools, preventing damage that metal hammers might cause.
