Super Twisted Log Splitting Wedge

The Faithfull Super Twisted Log Splitting Wedge is a heavy-duty forged steel tool designed for efficiently splitting logs when struck with a sledge hammer. Ideal for tradespeople, groundskeepers and anyone processing firewood, this wedge combines innovative design features with robust construction to make log splitting faster and more effective. The distinctive twisted wedge design sets this tool apart, increasing splitting efficiency by turning with the grain of the log as it penetrates. This rotating action helps to force the wood fibres apart more effectively than conventional straight wedges. Additional grooves machined into the wedge surface help prevent slippage during use, ensuring the wedge stays securely positioned even when working with awkward or knotty timber. Manufactured from forged, hardened and tempered steel, this log splitting wedge is built to withstand repeated heavy impacts without deforming or splitting. At 1.8kg and 200mm in length, it offers the ideal balance of weight and manoeuvrability for sustained log splitting work.
