Square Leg Divider Compass 200mm

The Faithfull Square Leg Divider is a versatile marking and measuring tool designed for precision layout work in woodworking, metalworking and general fabrication tasks. When fitted with a standard pencil or other marking implement, this 200mm (8in) compass can be used for drawing circles and arcs or as a divider to measure and transfer distances accurately. Manufactured from forged steel with distinctive square section legs, this professional-grade divider provides excellent grip and balance during use. The square profile prevents the tool from rolling on work surfaces and allows for a more controlled hand position when scribing or measuring. A hardened and ground compass point ensures durability and maintains a sharp, precise marking capability even with repeated use. The tool features knurled grip locking screws that enable secure adjustment and maintain the set distance reliably throughout the marking process. This makes it particularly suitable for repetitive layout tasks where consistent measurements are essential, such as marking out bolt holes, dividing lines into equal segments, or scribing identical circles across multiple workpieces.
