Professional HSS Jobber Drill Bit 6mm

The Faithfull Professional 6mm HSS Jobber Drill Bit is a widely used workhorse size perfect for creating clearance holes for M6 fixings, pilot holes for M8 tapping operations, cable entry points, and general medium-duty metalworking applications. This 6mm diameter provides an excellent balance between hole size and strength. Constructed from M2 grade high-speed steel and fully ground to meet DIN 338 standards, this 6mm drill bit incorporates a 135° non-slip split point that bites immediately on contact, preventing drill wander and ensuring precise hole placement. The robust construction handles drilling through alloy steels, carbon steels, cast iron, hardened alloy steels and stainless steels with confidence. This 6mm size is essential for mechanical engineers, electricians, steel fabricators, HVAC engineers, and maintenance professionals who regularly work with M6 and M8 fixings and require reliable, accurate drilling performance.
