Hard Carpenters Pencils

The Faithfull Hard Carpenters Pencils are professional-grade marking tools designed for tradespeople working with demanding surfaces. These carpenter's pencils deliver clear, visible lines across virtually any surface or grain, making them essential for accurate marking on hardwoods, brick and plastered walls. Each pencil features a traditional flat-sided design that prevents rolling on angled surfaces, keeping your marking tool exactly where you need it. The green colour coding identifies these as hard grade pencils, specifically formulated for use on tougher materials where softer leads would wear down too quickly. Ideal for carpenters, bricklayers and plasterers working with dense materials, these pencils provide reliable marking performance whether you're scribing lines on oak beams, marking out brickwork or setting out on rendered walls. While they mark most surfaces effectively, they're not suitable for certain metals or polished and glazed finishes.
