Cobalt Jobber Drill Bit 12mm Pack 1

This 12mm Faithfull Professional Cobalt Jobber Drill Bit is supplied as a single unit, representing one of the most commonly specified larger diameters for heavy-duty metalworking applications. The 12mm size is frequently used for mounting bolts, anchor points and structural fixings in steel fabrication, mechanical engineering and industrial construction. Manufactured from premium M35 HSSE grade steel with 5% cobalt content, this bit provides exceptional durability and performance when drilling challenging materials. The cobalt additive delivers superior heat resistance, which is particularly important at this substantial diameter where material removal rates and heat generation are considerable. Featuring fully ground construction and a precision 135° non-slip split point, this drill bit ensures accurate centring and reduces the effort required to start holes in hard surfaces. Produced to DIN 388 standards for guaranteed high precision tolerances and geometric accuracy. Perfect for heavy-duty industrial applications in alloy steels, carbon steels, cast iron, hardened alloy steels, stainless steels, high temperature alloys, titanium alloy, high strength steel and carbon fibre composite materials.
