Button Magnet 32.5mm

The 32.5mm Faithfull Button Magnet is the largest in the range, offering maximum holding power for heavy-duty industrial applications. This substantial magnet is specifically designed for demanding work holding tasks including large-scale welding projects, heavy sign installations, and industrial fabrication where powerful, reliable magnetic clamping is critical. Constructed from premium Alnico material, this button magnet combines outstanding corrosion resistance with the ability to maintain full magnetic performance at temperatures up to 500°C. The engineered pole configuration positions both north and south poles on the same face, separated by a slot for superior magnetic field distribution and holding strength. The integral mounting hole enables secure permanent installation, but must not be recessed into ferrous metals to prevent magnetic short-circuiting. Features and Benefits: • 32.5mm diameter delivers maximum holding power for heavy-duty tasks • High-temperature Alnico construction performs reliably up to 500°C • Both poles on same face with slot separation for enhanced magnetic strength • Mounting hole provided for secure fixing • Ideal for large welding fixtures, heavy signage and demanding industrial applications Specifications: Magnet Type: Button Magnet Diameter: 32.5mm Height: 25.4mm Pull Power: 4.8kg
