Rapid Set Tile Mortar

The Everbuild Rapid Set Tile Mortar is a fast-setting adhesive designed for efficient floor and wall tiling projects where same-day fixing and grouting is essential. This versatile thick or thin bed mortar bonds ceramic tiles to most building substrates including concrete, cement screeds and render, making it suitable for both internal and external applications. Tested to EN 12004 standards, it delivers extremely high bond strength that exceeds double the BS minimum requirement in wet shear conditions. Ideal for time-sensitive installations, this rapid-set formula allows tradespeople to complete fixing and grouting within the same working day, significantly reducing project timescales. The mortar demonstrates excellent water resistance, making it particularly suitable for demanding environments such as domestic, communal and power showers, as well as areas subject to constant immersion like swimming pools. Its high bond strength and durability make it the professional choice for heavy-duty applications including heavily trafficked floors and commercial installations.
