406 Stabilising Solution Most Surfaces

The Everbuild 406 Stabilising Solution is a professional-grade surface primer designed to prepare dusty, chalky and weathered surfaces for decoration. This microscopically fine polymer emulsion penetrates deep into compromised substrates to create a stable, sound base that ensures proper adhesion for subsequent finishes. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, this stabilising solution works effectively on a wide range of common building surfaces. It can be applied to plaster, rendering, pebble-dash, stucco, existing painted surfaces, brickwork and blockwork, making it an essential preparation product for painters, decorators and general contractors tackling renovation projects. Once applied, the solution binds loose particles and consolidates weak surfaces, preventing issues such as paint failure, wallpaper lifting or tile adhesion problems. This preparation step is particularly valuable when working with older properties or weathered exterior surfaces where the substrate integrity may be questionable.
