No.1 Old PX Sherry Andrews 40th Anniversay Release Highland Whisky

70cl / 57.1% / Signatory - One of a pair of celebratory single malt releases to mark Andrew Symington’s 40th year in the whisky industry. This is a 6-year-old expression from Edradour No.1 that was matured entirely in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez cask. Most fitting for someone with such an indelible association with the skilful use of sherry cask ageing.
