Co Rye 2020 Old Oloroso Sherry Cask English Whisky

70cl / 56.7% / Distillery Bottling - Part of East London Liquor Co’s new Lab Exclusives series, all drawn from single casks that are used to build the distillery’s flagship East London Threads blended whisky. This bottling showcases a 55% malted rye/45% Maris Otter grist, a blend of classic distiller’s yeast and expressive saison yeast and then aged for six years in an oloroso sherry cask. Nougat and redcurrant notes, while the rye spice arrives with a touch of church incense.
