Welsh Fillet Steaks welsh-fillet-steaks-4-x-6oz

A beautiful cut of steak, taken from the tender hindquarter of the cow. This lean steak has just the right amount of internal fat to keep it nice and moist during the cook. Also a fantastic option for homemade steak tartare. You'll receive 2 steaks in total; choose from 6oz, 8oz or 10oz steaks.. Certified PGI beef from the Usk Valley, raised and matured in its designated region under strict traditional methods. That geographic certification locks in the character of the land it comes from - giving every cut a depth of flavour and tenderness worth seeking out.
