E474 HSS E PM Ring Shark Spiral Flute Tap

Featuring a spiral flute design, the E474 efficiently removes chips upwards, preventing clogging and ensuring smooth, continuous threading. This design is especially effective for blind hole applications, delivering precise and clean threads. The green ring signifies its specialised geometry, which reduces torque and enhances control, resulting in improved threading accuracy and efficiency. Constructed from high-speed steel with cobalt, this tap offers exceptional strength and heat resistance, making it ideal for threading tough materials such as alloy steels and stainless steels.
