2007 Old Debonairs Pursuit Wemyss Speyside Whisky

70cl / 46% / Wemyss - This smartly-presented Craigellachie was bottled by Wemyss Family Spirits for the indie favourite’s Single Cask Collection. While the hogshead chosen to mature this whisky was quite active, Craigellachie’s robust spirit is more than capable of standing up to a lively maturation. You’ll find aromas of praline, ginger snap biscuit and salted caramel fudge.
