1998 Old Rum Sponge Edition 16

70cl / 60.2% - A 1998 Caroni rum from Rum Sponge that was matured in a single first-fill barrel for 24 years - the first five years spent in the tropical climate of Trinidad, before taking a holiday to the UK and never going back - and bottled in 2022. Bottled at cask strength, this luscious Caroni offers notes of rich oak, hot tar and black olives throughout the palate.
