PX Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

3cl / 47% / The Perfect Measure - In addition to reviving old-fashioned styles of Irish pot still whiskey, Boann distillery has committed to sourcing top-quality casks from around the world to mature its spirits. This particular expression was finished in Pedro Ximénez casks from Bodegas Garvey in Jerez. The use of these bodega sherry butts – made from both oak and chestnut wood – has layered this whiskey with notes of sticky dried fruits, aromatic spices, dark chocolate and cured meats. 30ml sample.
