Adjustable fabric ties help hold it in position around areas including your lower back, shoulders, arms, thighs, calves, and knees. Each plate features 42 precision spikes to help distribute pressure more evenly across the skin. And because you choose where the strap sits, it’s easy to focus on one area at a time. The strap is made from 100% organic cotton with recyclable, non-toxic HIPS spike plates heat bonded directly to the fabric without glue. Use it while sitting, after exercise, or drape it over a pillow to create a targeted acupressure surface. Its lightweight design also makes it easy to take with you.
