Old DoubleWood Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky

70cl / 40% / Distillery Bottling - A bona fide modern classic from one of Speyside’s most beloved distilleries, this best-selling single helped to introduce the world to the concept of cask finishing when it arrived in the early-1990s. Initial ageing in bourbon barrels creates a gentle palate of apple tart, honeyed cereals and vanilla cream, while secondary maturation in sherry casks adds dried fruits and toasted nuts.
