Dual Wheel Ab Wheel

The Azure Ab Wheel is perfect for toning and strengthening the abdominal and core muscles while hitting the arms, back and shoulders as secondary muscles. It works by gripping the handles and rolling your body out and returning to the starting position. This movement contracts the abs and is one of the most highly effective core exercises. The dual wheel design features two large, wide wheels with a steel axle which offers improved balance and stability as you roll. The anti-slip wheel provides a smooth two-way rolling motion. The roller features durable, non-slip handles for a comfortable grip. It is also lightweight and compact meaning it can be easy transported in your gym bag and stored when not in use.
