Cornish Flavoured Vodka 120637-271-271

Aval Dor Rosemary & Bay Cornish Flavoured Vodka is presented as an elegant, herb‑led spirit that reflects the coastal gardens and wild hedgerows of Cornwall. Produced by Colwith Farm Distillery using their own potato‑based vodka, it carries a naturally smooth, creamy backbone that pairs beautifully with savoury botanicals.. The palate opens with fresh rosemary—aromatic, piney and gently resinous—followed by the softer, slightly floral depth of bay leaf. Together they create a clean, green, Mediterranean‑meets‑Cornwall character. The vodka itself remains silky and neutral, giving structure without heat. The finish is crisp, herbal and quietly warming, with lingering notes of rosemary and bay that feel both refreshing and refined.. Aval Dor Rosemary & Bay works well in simple long drinks with tonic or soda, in martini‑style serves for a savoury twist, or as a distinctive base for herb‑forward cocktails that highlight its garden‑fresh character.
